Who I Work With

I lead every engagement. When a project would benefit from additional perspective, I bring in a small group of colleagues I’ve co-authored with and worked alongside for years: a former health system executive, a physician and professor of public health, and a senior nurse leader who has led from the bedside to the VP level. Each sees how culture and performance play out from a different seat: the executive suite, clinical practice and policy, and nursing operations.
